The USFA logo means that the club is a USFA member club. Only USFA member clubs can field teams at the National Championships. USFA clubs are eligible for USFA liability insurance coverage.
Minimum requirements to be a USFA member club are: (1) The owners and/or principal officers of the club must be members of the USFA. (2) All members of the coaching staff must be members of the USFA. (3) The club must have a minimum of ten USFA members who have declared that club to be their primary club.
